Below you will find many Tapco furniture options for Saigas and other stamped receiver AK's. All are 100% US made and count as compliance parts. Most of the 223 and 7.62x39 (X39) Saiga handguards below will work with other stamped receiver AK's. I try to have most of the unmodified black pieces on hand and the other colors I can get within a week or two on average. If you need one fit for a certain model you can expect a 2 week minimum wait as they are currently made to order.

When ordering, keep in mind that Saigas come in all shapes and sizes and because of that, not all AK furniture will bolt right on. For all handguards you will need a handguard retainer and possibly a gas tube with retainers, which I offer.

Fusion Handguards

Designed with direct input from Tapco's military clientele, the AK FUSION handguard set enhances the look and function of your AK47. The lower handguard houses a concealed Picatinny rail for mounting lights, lasers, or vertical grips. The matched upper handguard offers increased dissipation and improved styling. This item counts as 1 U.S. Sec 922R compliant part and has a concealable picatinny rail. For the 223 and x39 rifles, there's an internal heat shield.

Galil-Style Handguards

Influenced by the rugged Israeli rifle, this handguard improves your AK with added ventilation for reduced barrel heat. Having a wider grip area offers the shooter increased control for consistent shot placement. There is no need to replace or modify any parts on your rifle as this item simply replaces the original handguard. Installs easily and comes complete with removable top ventilation cover. The Saiga rifles and 410 shotgun all require a handguard retainer to install them on your Saiga. These are not the Saiga Galil handguards and there are no retainers included with them. The prices in the chart are for the handguard only!

Saiga Galil Handguards

Same standard features as the galil-style handguard above, except this includes a lower handguard retainer bracket and a receiver bracket. This will only fit the Saiga 7.62x39 and the Saiga .223. Saiga Stock and Grip Assy

This stock set will fit all factory config Saigas except for the slant-cut receiver rifles. It replaces your factory buttstock and gives you the addition of a pistol grip. Also includes a T6 buttpad. It's marked as “TAPCO USA” and counts as 2 U.S. Sec 922R compliant parts. Please remember that this will add a pistol grip to the weapon and you will need additional parts to be fully compliant.
