Listed below are my policies on how I run things. Please read. Anyone who's ever done business with me knows I stand by my work 100%. If you have any problems whatsoever, let me know! I always appreciate feedback from you guys, tips, suggestions, etc.

Ordering
Everything Is Made To Order. Please allow 1-2 weeks for order processing on regular off the shelf items. Plan on up to 12 weeks for custom furniture mods, specialty parts and customer supplied parts. I perform work based in the order in which I receive payment. Everything is made by me so my timelines are a bit extended.
International Orders
We no longer allow international orders. Commodities, products, technologies and/or services on this web site may be subject to one or more of the U.S. ITAR Export Control Laws and Regulations enforced by the U.S. Department of State, U.S. Department of Commerce, or U.S. Department of Treasury. It is unlawful and strictly prohibited to engage in overseas sales of ITAR products requiring a license without prior written approval from the U.S. State Department. Due to these Laws and Regulations we can not ship products to APO addresses. International orders placed on the site will be canceled.
Payment Options
You can shop at Dinzag Arms, online with confidence. We offer safe and secure credit card transactions for our customers.

You have the option to pay by Credit Card through our secure encrypted gateway service, or mail us a US Postal Money Order or Cashier's Check. No personal checks please. Even though your order may not be shipped for several weeks, your card is charged when you place the order.
Mail-in Payment
When sending payment by Cashier's Check or US Postal Money Order, make it out to either Dinzag Arms or Brian Smithwick. Send it to the business address: Dinzag Arms, 4098 E. Farrand Rd., Clio, MI   48420. Be sure to include your name, address, order # and email address.
Cash Payment
If you would like to do a local pickup/payment, Contact Us & we can set up a time for you to stop by.
Additional Payment Amounts
If you would like to add-on additional payment for something we have discussed via email, whether it's additional parts or something not listed on the site, please select this $1.00 text link then update the quantity in the cart. Be sure to leave a brief note in the comments box in the shopping cart what the funds are for.
Adding to Existing Order
If you forgot something after you placed your order, and we have not shipped, you can add it on with no additional shipping fees. Simply place another order, enter ORDERADD in the discount coupon box and click "recalculate". Then reference your original order # in the additional info box and complete the checkout.
Shipping
Please note the amount we charge for shipping and handling, isn't just postage. It covers postage, boxes, labels, shipping service and hired help to process the orders. We typically package and ship once a week. We ship via US Postal Service with delivery confirmation. Please note: Insurance Is Not Included. We are in no shape or form responsible for the US Postal Service, especially if you live in Texas! Insurance Cost is: - $1.60 - up to $50.00, $2.10 - up to $100.00, $2.50 - up to $200.00, $4.30 - up to $300.00, $5.20 - up to $400.00, $6.10 - up to $500.00, $7.00 - up to $600.00, $7.90 - up to $700.00, $8.80 - up to $800.00, $9.70 - up to $900.00, $10.60 - up to $1000.00
You will be automatically notified via email when your item ships. Sometimes email servers filter these autogenerated emails as spam. If you need the delivery confirmation, we can email it to you.
Note: the billing address you enter in the shopping cart must match the billing address of the credit card and it is also the address it will ship to. This is to limit our exposure to unwarranted chargebacks.
Order Cancellations & Refunds
All order cancellations and returns are subject to a 15% fee. This an order cancellation fee. It includes orders that have not been shipped as well as orders that have been shipped and returned. No exceptions. If the part is defective I will do my best to correct the situation. If I do happen to refund your money, it will be less the cancellation fee.
Exchanges
If you have mistakenly ordered the wrong part, I will exchange it for an item of equal value plus shipping fees, once the item is returned. If the part is found to be defective, I will exchange it free of charge. It does happen time to time, so please know I stand by my stuff 100% and we will take care of you.
Privacy
I respect your privacy! Any information collected through contacts or the ordering process is kept strictly confidential and will never be given out, sold or shared with anyone. Period.
