Listed below are my policies on how I run things. Please read. Anyone who's ever done business with me knows I stand by my work 100%. If you have any problems whatsoever, let me know! I always appreciate feedback from you guys, tips, suggestions, etc.

Ordering & Timelines

Currently we're 1-2 weeks for order processing. It's just the wife & I here and we do this business after my reg 9-5 job. Mostly nights & weekends.

International Orders

We do not accept international orders through the web site. Many items we sell on the site are either not exportable from the US or not importable in many countries. Second, we have zero protections for international credit card transactions.

All international orders placed on the site will be canceled.

Email Us If you would like to inquire about the legality of shipping certain items, we can look them up and provide a quote. Tooling and other non firearms parts are acceptable. We only accept payment from Western Union and a 10% fee is assessed.

Payment Options

You can shop at Dinzag Arms, online with confidence. We offer safe and secure ssl credit card transactions for our customers.

You have the option to pay by Credit Card through our secure encrypted gateway service, or mail us a US Postal Money Order or Cashier's Check. No personal checks please. Your card is charged when you place the order and we only ship to the billing address.

Mail-in Payment

When sending payment by Cashier's Check or US Postal Money Order, make it out to Brian Smithwick. Send it to the business address: Brian Smithwick, 14344 N. Center Rd., Clio, MI   48420. Be sure to include your name, address, order # and email address.

Cash Payment

If you would like to do a local pickup/payment, Contact Us & we can set up a time for you to stop by.

Additional Payment Amounts

If you would like to add-on additional payment for something we have discussed via email, whether it's additional parts or something not listed on the site, please select this $1.00 text link then update the quantity in the cart. Be sure to leave a brief note in the comments box in the shopping cart what the funds are for.

Adding to Existing Order

If you forgot something after you placed your order, contact us immediately to see if we have shipped. If not, you can place an additional order and we will adjust the shipping.


For credit card orders, we only ship to the billing address.

We ship via US Postal Service with delivery confirmation. Please note: Insurance Is Not Included. We are in no shape or form responsible for the US Postal Service, especially if you live in Texas! If you would like to purchase insurance, and/or have signature required, please do so here by clicking the link(s):

Insurance Cost is: - $2.20 - up to $50.00, $2.70 - up to $100.00, $3.25 - up to $200.00, $5.15 - up to $300.00, $6.20 - up to $400.00, $7.25 - up to $500.00, $8.30 - up to $600.00, $9.35 - up to $700.00, $10.40 - up to $800.00, $11.45 - up to $900.00, $12.50 - up to $1000.00

You will be automatically notified via email when your item ships. Sometimes email servers filter these autogenerated emails as spam. If you need the delivery confirmation, we can email it to you.

Note: The billing address you enter in the shopping cart must match the billing address of the credit card and it is also the address it will ship to. No Exceptions!

Order Cancellations & Refunds

All order cancellations and returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee. This includes orders in-process that have not been shipped as well as orders that have been shipped and returned. No exceptions. We also do not refund shipping fees for orders shipped. Returns will only be honored within 30 days of when the order was placed. You must contact us for a RMA # prior to returning anything.


If you have mistakenly ordered the wrong part, I will exchange it for an item of equal value plus shipping fees, once the item is returned. If the part is found to be defective, I will exchange it free of charge. It does happen time to time, so please know I stand by my stuff 100% and we will take care of you.


I respect your privacy! Any information collected through contacts or the ordering process is kept strictly confidential and will never be given out, sold or shared with anyone. Period.
