Listed below are my policies on how I run things. Please read.
First Off
Anyone who's done business with me knows I stand by my work 100%. If you have any problems whatsoever, let me know! You, my fellow Saigaholics, are the reason this web site is here and without your support it will cease to exist. I always appreciate feedback from you guys, tips, suggestions, etc.
Ordering
Everything Is Made To Order. Due to the recent increased surge in orders, please allow 2-4 weeks for order processing and delivery on regular in-stock items. Otherwise plan on up to 8-10 weeks for custom furniture mods, specialty parts and customer supplied parts. I perform work based in the order in which I receive payment. Everything is hand made by me and this is a part time job, so my timelines are a bit extended. Feel free to email me to inquire about part availability and expected wait before you order.
Shipping
The amount we charge for shipping and handling, isn't just postage. It covers postage, boxes, lables, shipping service and hired help. We typically package and ship once or twice a week. We ship via US Postal Service with delivery confirmation. Please note: Insurance Is Not Included. If you would like to purchase insurance for delivery by signature, please contact us prior to ordering. We are in no shape or form responsible for the US Postal Service. You will be automatically notified via email when your item ships. No international orders through the site, my cart doesn't have provisions for that. If you are not in the US and would like something, send me an email and we can do it direct. Also the address you enter in the shopping cart is the address it will ship to, not the paypal address. I've had too many customers who did not update their pp account after moving, so I use whatever you type in fresh. .
Payment
The shopping cart I have installed gives you the option to pay by Credit Card, Paypal or Money Order. To pay by credit card only, Paypal is the CC processor and they will contuinually try to get you to sign in. You can bypass that by selecting "Continue Without Signing In". All Credit Card information is collected on a secure server by a 3rd party and I never see it.
To send payment by Money Order, send to: Brian Smithwick, 4098 E. Farrand Rd., Clio, MI 48420. Do not make payment out to "Dinzag", "Mr. Dinzag" or "Dinzag Arms". Be sure to include your order # and email address. That address is also the same for sending parts for machine work and returning rental equipment.
If you would like to do a local pickup/payment, contact me & we can set up a time for you to stop by.
Order Cancellations & Refunds
All order cancellations are subject to a 15% restocking fee. This includes orders that have not been shipped as well as orders that have been shipped and returned. No exceptions. If the part is defective I will do my best to correct the situation. Once I receive payment, things are set in motion and are not easily reversed. Usually I'm pretty lean on stock and order parts & supplies frequently. If I do happen to refund your money, it will be less the restocking fee. I've had customers send payment then want to cancel a week later because they sold their firearm.
Exchanges
If you have mistakenly ordered the wrong part, I will exchange it for an item of equal value plus shipping fees, once the item is returned. If the part is found to be defective, I will exchange it free of charge. It does happen time to time, so please know I stand by my stuff 100% and we will take care of you.
Privacy
I respect your privacy! Any information collected through contacts or the ordering process is kept strictly confidential and will never be given out, sold or shared with anyone. Period.
